Zucchini Fritters

1.0 piece Zucchini
1.0 piece Egg
100.0 g Feta Cheese
1.0 sprinkle Salt
2.0 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
Grate the whole zucchini using a coarse grater.
Mix the grated zucchini with a sprinkle of salt and let it sit in a sieve for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, squeeze the zucchini as dry as possible using your hands or a clean kitchen towel.
In a bowl, mix the squeezed zucchini with crumbled feta cheese and beaten egg until well combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Form the mixture into small fritters using your hands or a spoon.
Fry the fritters in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels before serving.
