Ingredients
2.0 cup Grated Pumpkin

3.0 tbsp Olive Oil
1.0 tsp Salt
1.0 tsp Rosemary
1.0 cup Chickpea Flour
180.0 ml Water
1.0 drizzle Oil for Tray
1.0 to taste Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Mix grated pumpkin with chickpea flour, olive oil, salt, rosemary, and pepper.
Add water gradually until you have a thick, spreadable batter.
Oil a baking tray generously.
Pour batter onto tray and spread evenly to 1-2cm thickness.
Drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool slightly, then cut into squares or wedges.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
