Ingredients

  • 2.0 cup Grated Pumpkin

    Available in box

  • 3.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.0 tsp Salt
  • 1.0 tsp Rosemary
  • 1.0 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 180.0 ml Water
  • 1.0 drizzle Oil for Tray
  • 1.0 to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Mix grated pumpkin with chickpea flour, olive oil, salt, rosemary, and pepper.
  3. Add water gradually until you have a thick, spreadable batter.
  4. Oil a baking tray generously.
  5. Pour batter onto tray and spread evenly to 1-2cm thickness.
  6. Drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares or wedges.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
