Pan-Fried Pak Choi with Chili and Sesame

3.0 head Pak Choi

2.0 clove Garlic
1.0 piece Fresh Chili
1.0 drizzle Vegetable Oil
1.0 drizzle Sesame Oil
1.0 to taste Soy Sauce
1.0 to taste Salt
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
Add garlic and chili, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add pak choi cut-side down and cook without moving for 2-3 minutes until charred.
Flip and cook other side until tender but still crisp.
Drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Toss briefly and serve immediately.
