Pan-Fried Greens with Ginger, Garlic, Sesame & Soy

1.0 bunch Mizuna
1.0 head Pak Choi
1.0 bunch Cavolo Nero
1.0 drizzle Vegetable Oil
1.0 drizzle Sesame Oil
120.0 ml Fresh Ginger
1.0 to taste Soy Sauce
120.0 ml Garlic
1.0 bunch Radish Greens
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or large pan to high temperature.
Working in batches, flash-fry each green separately with a portion of ginger and garlic.
Toss quickly, keeping vegetables slightly crisp.
Combine all cooked greens in the wok.
Drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.
Serve immediately with rice or as a side dish.
