1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
1.0 to taste Salt and Pepper
1.0 piece Onion
2.0 clove Garlic
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté garlic and onion until softened.
Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
Add pak choi and simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Serve hot as a light soup.
