1.0 sprinkle Rosemary or Thyme (optional)
1.0 drizzle Olive Oil
1.0 to taste Salt and Pepper
1.0 piece Small Pumpkin or 1/2 Large Pumpkin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cut pumpkin into wedges, remove seeds but leave skin on.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Place on a baking tray skin-side down.
Roast for 30-40 minutes until tender and caramelized at the edges.
Serve as a side dish.
