Ingredients

  • 3.0 head Pak Choi
  • 250.0 g Mushrooms
  • 1.0 to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1.0 piece Onion
  • 1.0 drizzle Olive Oil
  • 1.0 to taste Cooked Rice for Serving
  • 3.0 clove Garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.
  4. Add pak choi and stir-fry until wilted but still crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot over rice.
