Mushroom Pak Choi Stir Fry

3.0 head Pak Choi
250.0 g Mushrooms
1.0 to taste Salt and Pepper
1.0 piece Onion
1.0 drizzle Olive Oil
1.0 to taste Cooked Rice for Serving
3.0 clove Garlic
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
Add onion and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.
Add pak choi and stir-fry until wilted but still crisp.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot over rice.
