Ingredients

  • 1.0 bunch Cavolo Nero

  • 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.0 to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry cavolo nero leaves.
  3. Remove tough stems and tear leaves into chip-sized pieces.
  4. Toss with olive oil and salt.
  5. Spread in a single layer on baking trays.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy but still green, turning once halfway.
  7. Cool completely before serving.
