1.0 bunch Cavolo Nero
2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
1.0 to taste Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Wash and thoroughly dry cavolo nero leaves.
Remove tough stems and tear leaves into chip-sized pieces.
Toss with olive oil and salt.
Spread in a single layer on baking trays.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy but still green, turning once halfway.
Cool completely before serving.
